Simmer 1 tsp coarse bark powder in 2 cups water until reduced by half; strain.

Morning on an empty stomach

Arjuna ksheerapaka

Simmer 1/2 tsp bark powder in 1 cup milk with 1/2 cup water until one cup remains.
