Preparation & usage
Rosemary tea
Steep 1 tsp dried leaf in a cup of hot water, covered, for 8 minutes.
Mid-morning or after a heavy meal
Scalp oil
Warm 2 tbsp coconut or sesame oil with a sprig of rosemary, cool, and massage into the scalp.
Evening, 1-2 hours before washing
