Preparation & usage
Barley water (yavagu)
Simmer 2 tbsp barley in 1 litre water for 30 minutes, strain, and drink warm.
Through the day
Roasted barley flour (sattu)
Mix roasted barley flour with water, a pinch of salt and lemon.
